Maggie is currently available for sale unless her foal sell's in-utero first, then we'll keep her. Maggie is an 11-year-old registered bay clydesdale mare. She's confirmed pregnant & due  July 12, 2025. Sells with signed registration application to register her drum foal with IDHA. She has a laid-back personality. 17.1 hh. She is PSSM1 neg. Color tests EE,AA. This means bred to our cremello roan gypsy vanner stallion she is guaranteed to have a buckskin foal. She is a great mama that has had 3 beautiful buckskin foals by our gypsy stallion Shay. Maggie is my daughters horse. She's sold her baby's the past 3 years for $10,000 each to help pay tuition, but she has since graduated college, got a job in MN & moved away so we decided to list Maggie for sale.  I have saddled & sat on her a few times, been led around on her & she was fine with it but to my knowledge she is not broke to ride. When we bought her 5 yrs ago from Missouri they said she is broke to drive. We don't have the equipment for that so have never done it, only used her as a broodmare. PED in the pics. She's always been trimmed in the stocks, stands good for ultrasounds. Has current coggins. Had teeth floated in spring. Sound never had any health issues other than a permanently clogged tear duct resulting in some swelling under her lower left eye lid (pic below). 2'nd vet came to the same conclusion. Her eye itself has no damage. Had her tear duct flushed 3 times since spring & each time it just clogs up again. UPDATE added 10/22/24

I had a vet out anyway so got a 3rd opinion on Maggie's eye. She too said clogged tear duct. She said there is no squamous cell carcinoma or anything else wrong that she can find & she's happy to discuss her findings with new buyer if they desire. Selling for $6500 as is. Vet checks welcome at buyer expense. Transport papers & any extra vetting requested will be at buyer's expense. Horse MUST be paid in full before leaving.  Due to all the scams out there, all forms of payment must be cleared at least 7 days prior to leaving otherwise we only accept CASH for those paying at pick up.
