Grandview Showtime Wicker $4500
2013 Registered bay clyde mare with 4 whites. 6 years old. Sweet & willing. 17 - 17.1hh. My daughter bought her 1.5 years ago, she bred her to our gypsy stallion but last fall she slipped her foal at 3 months along. We had a repro exam done & vet said she needed to be flushed before we bred her again. We had that done so she's good to go in spring for breeding. This year my daughter ended up switching from the local college to one thats 6 hrs away & had to give up her job. While my she was home from school for holidays she said she's already becoming financially stressed as a full time student & due to the distance she has little time for her horses anyway so she's decided to put her up for sale, at least until April at which point she will have her put back in foal & decide from there if she hasn't already sold. The man we bought her from said he used her to drive team. We personally don't drive or have the equipment so never done it. We've sat on her a few times & walked around but that's it. I don't think it will take much at all to get her going under saddle if someone wants her for a riding horse. She's quiet & easy to handle. She LOVES on the other mares foals & tries to steal them as her own. We had her tested & she is PSSM1 n/n & tests EE,AA which meant by our gypsy stallion she would have been guaranteed to have a buckskin foal.
Bay tobiano, 7 yrs old, 15 hands GVHS registered gypsy vanner mare no. GV05273P
The Royal Tinker Comanche X Stones Tinker
Sienna is a well put together & stocky mare with a big booty just how I like them! PSSM1 n/n & she's color tested EE, Aa. In 2018 she had a beautiful buckskin roan tobiano filly. She is a great mom, foaled easy with no complications. She was put in foal to our stallion Shay again this year but I found her aborted fetus in the pasture at 6 month gestation. The vet looked at it & said it looked perfect, no indication of infection etc. He did a repro exam on her & said everything looked good, no obvious reason for her loss. She's not broke to ride. That was the plan when my oldest daughter purchased her 2 yrs ago but she met her boyfriend shortly after that & never looked at her horse again. Recently she moved out so Sienna is for sale for what she paid for her. She has a sweet personality, she follows me in the pasture wanting attention but no one has ever spent the time with her teaching her manners & it shows as she has a tendency to get impatient! She don't kick & she doesn't have a mean bone in her body but I do usually end up telling farrier to sedate her because she dances around during trim's otherwise. She stands for bathing, ultrasounds & vetting but trimming is usually a struggle. She could definitely benefit from someone spending that time teaching her patients, she is not a beginners horse and her price reflects this. She is bottom of the pecking order in the herd, she's to stubborn to walk away & usually tries standing her ground in a pissing match which usually results in her getting her butt kicked. We suspect that may be why she slipped her foal. She has her coggins & she also just had her teeth floated. If someone semi local buys her & is interested in live cover I would be willing to throw in a free breeding to our cremello roan gypsy vanner stallion for next season. Some video & her PED in the pics below.
